"Delčia" means "half-moon" in Lithuanian and her half-and-half stitching was inspired by our Baltic pagan roots and the changing cycles of the moon. In pagan culture, people are big believers in the moon's energy and staying in touch with it. Delčia finds that perfect balance between the two extremes of the young moon and the full moon.
We don't believe in deadstock. All of our Delčia knits are produced in small batches at our our female-lead, female-run partner factory in Lithuania, overseen by Mrs Zina. The best part? You'll get a card with your order telling you exactly who knitted your garment and a little about them.
