Molded insert with a pocket DUO.

Basic absorbent pad for diaper overpants.

So-called "insert", thanks to which the diaper absorbs the liquid well. It is the base of our AI2 DUO diaper system. Put the insert into the overpants. If necessary, place a short or long insert in the pocket of the insert.

Why is this diaper so special?

It has two sides
It has one pocket
Incredibly large => absorbent
No press studs

Attention: do not use microfleece inserts on the Stay-Dry contact layer of the diapers. Two layers of fleece prevent the liquid from seeping into the inner absorbent part and leaking out of the diaper. We recommend using disposable diaper fleece instead, especially for small babies.
